Because it is FDA approved, it can be used in residential as well as commercial applications. This is a single component mixture, but sometimes it is good to add a thinner so that it can be sprayed. It can be applied with a HVLP gravity feed sprayer or it can be brushed or rolled onto the surface. This sealer can also be applied in a variety of temperature ranges, even down below freezing as long as there is not moisture on the surface that will be sealed.
